Friends of the Carp Library seek books to sell to raise money for the library. Parade floats should start gathering on Baillie Avenue at 12:30 p.m. and the parade begins at 1 p.m. After the parade, join us at the Constance & Buckham's Bay Community Centre for hot chocolate, hot dogs, popcorn, and face painting. At you own pace, learn how to navigate the internet, receive and send emails, word processing, spreadsheet and possibly photo editing. You choose your area of training. Nov. 28. Thousands of Christmas lights will be travelling along Stittsville Main Street on Saturday, Nov. 28 for the annual Stittsville Parade of Lights. Lighted floats with music, glittering lights and laughter will begin the parade at 7:30 p.m. The festivities continue in Village Square with the lighting of the trees and entertainment. Come along and join us at the Parade of Lights as we light up Stittsville.
