Public meeting set for March 8 for new Campanale subdivision

Tweet ThisFor the second time five years, Campanale Homes will be building a residential subdivision in Arnprior.
During last Monday evening’s Committee of the Whole meeting, local legislators approved a plan of subdivision for a new residential development on property that was once the Callaghan Farm. The request now moves to the County of Renfrew for approval, but the town has scheduled a public meeting March 8 at the Stanley Tourangeau Fire/Police Services Building.
The 52 acres of land in question that Campanale plans to develop is located just north of Baskin Drive and includes land north and west of A.J. Charbonneau Public School. The property has frontage on Baskin Drive and Division Street.
